As a Managing Consultant at IBM, Ms. Sharma leads client engagement and project management for complex enterprise data transformation initiatives. Over the course of more than seven years with the organization, she has progressed from associate consultant to senior consultant before assuming her current leadership role. She specializes in translating emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics, into practical business strategies that improve operational performance, strengthen decision making, and create long-term value for clients.

Ms. Sharma earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and Technology with a minor in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University. She later completed a Master of Professional Studies in Management and Organizational Leadership, further strengthening her ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive organizational success. She also holds the Project Management Professional certification and the ICAgile Certified Professional credential, along with additional certifications and training in business analytics, project management, artificial intelligence foundations, and business acumen.

Throughout her career, Ms. Sharma has been recognized for her ability to unite people, processes, and technology in support of enterprise innovation. In addition to leading complex consulting engagements, she contributes thought leadership on Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) and the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence. She is equally committed to mentoring colleagues and supporting professional development initiatives while actively engaging with industry and academic communities to help prepare the next generation of technology professionals.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ms. Sharma enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family. These interests reflect her belief in maintaining balance while embracing continuous learning and personal growth.
