As Founder and Coordinator, Nkandu specializes in Youth Development and Education; Public Speaking; Training; Teaching; Youth Advocacy; Event Management; and Peer Education. Throughout her exceptional career, Nkandu has also worked in the field of Radio Broadcasting and Journalism as a Journalist for Ngami Times as well as a Producer and Radio Broadcaster for Warringari Radio.

As a result of her dedication to the youth of Australia, Nkandu has been selected as a “Young Social Pioneer” by the Foundation for Young Australians in 2012.

Nkandu earned an Advanced Diploma in Education from Australia and the London School of Journalism.
