As the chief executive officer of Calla Lily Residential Care, Calla Lily Care Services Inc., and owner of Sunflower Residential Care and Sunflower ARF Inc., Olga has devoted over a decade to providing residential care for adults with disabilities. Her extensive experience, coupled with her deep sense of compassion, has earned her recognition, including nominations for the Kennedy Award for Best Care Providers with the Inland Regional Center.

Originally hailing from Cuba, Olga's journey to becoming a leading figure in the care industry is marked by resilience and determination. She holds a bachelor's degree in Russian language and literature from Odesa Mechnikov National University in Ukraine, followed by a master's degree in physics and mathematics from the same institution.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Olga is deeply involved in her community, directing missionary work and dedicating her free time to organizations such as Feeding America and World Vision Inc. She also provides support to military veterans and leads a prayer group at her church.
