Pamela K. Thompson, RN, brings over 25 years of combined clinical and administrative experience to the field of healthcare, with the past 15 years devoted to utilization management. In this role, she has served with distinction at major organizations including Signa and Evicore, and currently applies her expertise in evaluating the cost-effectiveness and medical necessity of healthcare services. Her work directly supports patient advocacy by ensuring appropriate, high-quality care.

Ms. Thompson’s clinical foundation spans a decade of hands-on experience across critical care, emergency medicine, hospice, med/surgical, and pediatric nursing. This diverse background informs her current responsibilities in prospective and concurrent case reviews, where she uses her in-depth clinical knowledge to support informed healthcare decisions.

She earned her Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from Daytona Community College and continues to enhance her expertise through ongoing education in utilization management. She holds several certifications in the field and is a member of both the American Nurses Association and the Florida Nurses Association.

Beyond her professional work, Ms. Thompson is an active contributor to her community. A certified 200-hour yoga instructor, she volunteers with elderly populations in local nursing facilities and lends her time and energy to the Melbourne Civic Theatre.

Pamela is married to Mr. Michael Jervis, and together they have two children.
