In her current position, Patricia specializes in program management and consulting with a main focus on information technology software, systems engineering, program management, technical writing, and more. She works within all aspects of information systems and engineering organizations, and provides systems for large federal and commercial programs. Patricia applies technical delivery leadership including determining appropriate methodologies, directing development, and assessing risks and results, and says she became involved with Information Technology because it combines technology with content in order to deliver information to people.
Furthermore, she is a certified Project Management Professional, and a certified Software Development Professional. She is a member of the Project Management Institute, and involved with the associations IEEE and INCOSE.
Patricia earned an M.L.S. (Master of Library Science) from the University of Maryland Library and Information Science, Computer Systems; BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Miami.
