Dr. Paulette Laubsch is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Educators. Paulette is an Associate Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
November 9, 2011, Vineland, NJ /Continental Who’s Who/-After being an adjunct with the University from 1999, Paulette was hired as a full-time faculty member of the University in 2001, where she teaches a variety of graduate courses in FDU's Master of Administrative Science, Master of Sience in Homeland Security, and Master of Sports Administration programs. She has designed numerous on-line graduate courses, including "Productivity & Human Performance," Seminar on Strategic Management, and "Leadership Plus" within the Master of Administrative Science program as well as courses in the other degree programs. Paulette had also been an adjunct with Seton Hall University and Central Michigan University
Prior to joining the faculty at Fairleigh Dickinson, Paulette worked with the State of New Jersey Department of Labor for over 31 years. Paulette started with the Department of Labor as an Employment Services Trainee and rose through
the ranks to become an Assistant Commissioner of Employment Security and Job Training. In that position, she was responsible for the operations of the Employment Services Offices, the Unemployment Insurance Offices, and the Disability Insurance Program. She also served on the State Employment and Training Commission, New Jersey’s policy agency for education, employment, and training issues.
In addition, Paulette is a Certified Public Manager, having received her designation in 1984. She has been active in the state and national societies where she had various elected and appointed positions. She was the recipient of the prestigious Henning Award; an award from the American Academy of Certified Public Managers to a member who the organization feels best exemplified public management.
Paulette is a member of Certified Public Managers Society of New Jersey, Inc.; American Academy of Certified Public Managers; American Association of University Women Cumberland County Chapter; International Association of Workforce Professionals; as well as the American Society for Public Administration.
Paulette earned a Doctorate in Public Administration from Nova-Southeastern University, as well as a MPA Degree from Rutgers. Additionally, Paulette received a MA and BA in Mathematics and Secondary Mathematics Education from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University).
