Midland, TX/ Continental Who’s Who/- Peggy J. Whisner is recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Information Technology as a result of her role as a Business Data Analyst with Midland Independent School District.
In her current position, Peggy works to provide Information Management Services for Midland ISD through ensuring Data Integrity and overseeing Software Implementation and Deployment. In addition, Peggy is responsible for Financial Reporting for Medicaid (MAC) and Student Health and Related Services (SHARS). These reports allow these agencies to reimburse the district for participating in their respective programs. The reports are derived from information gathered on personnel who perform duties with special education students such as personal care duties, speech therapy, and nursing duties.
Furthermore, Peggy maintains and trains new users on Business Applications, and specializes in Technical Writing, Submitting and Creating Queries for Quick Database Results, as well as Creating Financial Models for use in the Evaluation of New Projects and Programs.
Peggy earned her M.S. in Computer Information Systems from University of Phoenix and also holds a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Eastern New Mexico University. She is currently a member of the Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO); Permian Basin Texas Association of School Business Officials (PBTASBO); the Alzheimer's Association; and the Midland Chamber of Commerce.
