As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Central Valley Academy of Sports Science, he is dedicated to creating opportunities for youth athletes to develop safely, effectively, and confidently both on and off the field.

Founded to support athletes up to age 24, Central Valley Academy of Sports Science provides specialized services focused on injury prevention, performance enhancement, evidence based training strategies, performance tracking, and athlete education. Under Mr. Baptiste's leadership, the organization transitioned to nonprofit status in 2025, further expanding its ability to serve young athletes and communities through science driven programming and advocacy.

With more than 20 years of experience in podiatry across the United Kingdom and the United States, Mr. Baptiste brings a unique combination of healthcare expertise and athletic performance knowledge to his work. His professional background has enabled him to develop programs that prioritize athlete safety while maximizing performance outcomes through research based methodologies.

Mr. Baptiste earned a Bachelor of Podiatry degree from University College London in 2006 and completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology through Grand Canyon University in 2026. His multidisciplinary education supports his holistic approach to athletic development, recognizing the importance of both physical and mental performance in achieving long term success.

As a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Mr. Baptiste remains actively engaged with leading organizations that promote evidence based approaches to health, fitness, and sports performance. His commitment to continuous learning and professional development helps ensure that the athletes he serves benefit from the latest advancements in sports science and healthcare.

Among his proudest accomplishments is the creation and growth of Central Valley Academy of Sports Science. Over the past several years, he has successfully developed programs that advance youth athlete safety and performance while creating a supportive environment where young people can learn, grow, and pursue their goals with confidence.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys skiing, running, and road biking. His passion for athletics extends beyond his career and reinforces his commitment to promoting healthy, active lifestyles among young people.
