REBECCA A. BRAUCH, MD - INFECTIOUS DISEASE SPECIALIST
Villa Hills, KY — Rebecca A. Brauch is being recognized by
Continental Who’s Who as a Distinguished Healthcare Provider for her work in
the medical field as an Internal Medicine Physician and Infectious Disease
Specialist.
Dr. Brauch earned a Bachelor of Science in
Biology in 2002 from the University of Kentucky. She completed her medical
degree from the University of Louisville Medical School in 2008 and completed a
residency in internal medicine at Cleveland Clinic-Akron General Medical
Center. The doctor participated in several research initiatives and completed
an outpatient psychiatry rotation with Dr. Amarjit Chopra, at the University of
Louisville. Dr. Brauch completed a Fellowship in Infectious Disease at the
University of Florida.
Dr. Brauch is known for her commitment as a physician and her positive,
enthusiastic approach. She takes pride in helping her patients achieve improved
health outcomes and a better quality of life. She has been practicing medicine
for 14 years, most recently, in southeastern Ohio, with Medical Associates of
Cambridge, and in Locum within home-based care.
Dr. Brauch is focused on primary care and is also active in infectious disease
and inpatient treatment. In the summer of 2022, she has plans to relocate and
begin a new position within a private medical practice.
The doctor would like to return to medical research within an academic setting
in the future. In her spare time, she enjoys running, painting, playing guitar,
snow skiing, and traveling.
