RON PEEL - DIRECTOR, STORE LABOR MANAGEMENT

Ron Peel is recognized by Continental Who’s Who among Management Professionals. Ron is the Store Labor Management Director at Sobeys, Inc.

As Director of Store Labor Management, Ron is responsible for the coordination of time and attendance, enforcement of labor standards, budgeting and business, as well as all day to day processes aimed at ensuring expectations and benefits. Ron excels in his role of leadership and has the ability to engage all stakeholders to bring labor management into corporate culture.

As a result of his dedication and hard work with Sobeys, Inc., Ron has been awarded both the 30 Year Service Award, as well as the Value Champion Award 2007 which is given for “getting it done with passion and integrity”.

In addition, Ron is extremely involved in the community he works in. He has coached hockey, and was both junior and senior warden at his church where he is an active member.

In the future, Ron hopes to continue to have fun doing what he knows is the right thing to do.
