RONALD LAPORTE - PRESIDENT AND CEO

Fort Lauderdale, FL — Ronald LaPorte is being recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Distinguished Entrepreneur in Broadcast Media and in acknowledgment of his work at Aries Vision LLC and Aries Vision Television.

Aries Vision Television (AVL TV), launched by CEO and president Ronald LaPorte, and based in Broward County, Florida, is a television station targeted to the Haitian, African American, and Caribbean communities in Fort Lauderdale and South Florida. Their primary viewership is in Florida, New York, Haiti, Brazil, China, and Central America at 140,000 viewers and growing. AVL TV is available through the Roku streaming service and online.

AVL was launched in response to the absence of television stations targeted towards the Black and Brown experience. Only TV One is solely black-owned of the major Black-centric networks like BET, OWN, and Bounce. Each month shows increased audience loyalty and interest in ad or airtime purchases for client programs.

Mr. LaPorte created Aries Vision to fill that need, specifically in the Broward County and South Florida community with a significant and diverse Black population. According to the 2017 census numbers, there are 300,000 Haitians in South Florida, and Broward has some of the highest concentrations of Jamaicans in the country. Florida has close to a million residents of Caribbean heritage, not including Cubans. Despite these numbers, few broadcast outlets are available to tell their stories.

AVL aims to provide a top-tier, high-quality platform where business, political, cultural, and community leaders can inform, educate, and entertain. Their objective is to serve as a resource for small business owners to promote their services and for government and community leaders to speak directly to the community.

AVL's goal is to create original content in news programs, magazine format talk-shows, health, nutrition, education programming, music, arts, movies, concerts, and cultural programs. Currently, AVL airs classic Haitian films and TV shows like Bye, Bye Papa, La Gouverneur de la Rosee, Langichatte, and La Vie Nan Bouk. They offer community talk shows like The GRN Show with Guithele Ruiz-Nicolas and Blocus with Jean Louis Widner.

To grow beyond the current spate of programs offered, the company first needs a first-class studio equipped with quality cameras and engineering and sound mixing equipment. This requires an investment of $75,000 which will purchase three Black Magic Cameras, sound mixing equipment, noise-canceling headphones, and studio set design for the production and airing of news magazines, talk shows, and live events. It will enable AVL to hire staff to help operate the cameras, produce the shows, and focus on marketing—a key component in helping to build community awareness of the station and brand recognition and generate ad and airtime sales.

Developing a quality studio with top-notch equipment will help the company generate significant revenue and profits for our investors and any prospective funders. It will allow AVL to produce their original content and programs for any client, political leader, or future business owner who wants to purchase airtime and create their programming. They hope to generate revenue by making their studio available for live streaming of church services, business, nonprofit, artistic, or community events. Engineering equipment will enable them to rent the studio to musicians to record their music and programming. In addition to the production of original content, live-streaming of programs, and studio rental, AVL will generate revenue from ad sales.

In brief, an investment in Aries Vision Television is an investment in their community's voice, independence, power, and future. It is an investment in an opportunity for significant revenue and wealth generation. It is an investment in a vision that creates a legacy of empowerment for their community.
