New York, NY- Roxana Belciu Kerns, MD, is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Professional in the field of Medicine as an Anesthesiologist and Aesthetic Physician at Dr. Kerns Skincare Clinic and the Orchid Aesthetics Medical Spa.
Dr. Kerns Skincare Clinic is located at 301 East 79th street in the UPPER EAST SIDE. Dr. Kerns has dedicated her practice to helping people look and feel great. She offers a variety of cosmetic non surgical services, including Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella, laser facials, lip injections, and platelet rich plasma (PRP injections). In addition to her role at the clinic and spa, she serves as the founder of the Joint Healing Center for Regenerative Medicine.
Specializing in Anesthesiology and Anti-Aging Medicine, Dr. Kerns has broad medical experience. Before she became an anesthesiologist, she trained as a surgeon. Having attained vast experience, she is an expert injector and lecturer in the field of aesthetic medicine.
In preparation for her career, Dr. Kerns earned an undergraduate degree at Saint Sava College with high honors and a medical degree from Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy. She earned board certification in pediatric and reconstructive surgery in Bucharest, Romania. She went on to complete a residency in anesthesiology at Tufts Medical Center and Brookdale University Medical Center. Then she earned board certification in anesthesiology in New York.
In her spare time, Dr. Kerns enjoys painting, poetry, competitive dancing, and promoting animal welfare. She loves animals and helping others, especially children. She volunteers with children who are physically disabled and donates to various organizations, including the Hospice House of Hope.
