He has served in this role for the past year and brings over 25 years of field experience, as well as expertise in the areas of leadership and executive coaching, partnership development and stakeholder engagement (particularly in the nonprofit and education sectors), as well as strategic planning, to his role.

Roberts earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from Seton Hall University. He later served as an adjunct professor of mathematics at Seton Hall University, Executive Director of Community Affairs and Engagement at Newark Pubic Schools.
When not working, Roberts serves on the board of directors for the I Have a Dream Foundation's New Jersey Chapter and is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated.
