A graduate of Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, Dr. Buckner completed his residency at Saint Francis Medical Center. He further honed his skills with a prestigious fellowship in interventional radiology at the Pittsburgh Vascular Institute, equipping him with cutting-edge expertise in vascular and lymphatic medicine.

Dr. Buckner specializes in comprehensive interventional radiology procedures, as well as advanced treatments for venous and lymphatic conditions. His minimally invasive techniques reflect his commitment to reducing patient discomfort and recovery time, ensuring the highest standard of care.

Inspired by the unwavering support of his parents, Oscar and Joyce, and his uncle, Don Buckner, Dr. Buckner also credits his success to his wife, Carey, whose encouragement has been instrumental throughout his career.
