Shajive Jeganathan has distinguished himself as a leader in community building, innovation, and cross-sector impact through his work in technology, entrepreneurship, and civic leadership. As President and Co-Founder of the India Chamber of Commerce Minnesota, he has played a central role in strengthening Minnesota’s entrepreneurial and leadership ecosystem through the launch and growth of several high-impact initiatives.

Under Mr. Jeganathan’s leadership, the Chamber introduced Loon’s Lair, a pitch competition that has helped facilitate several investments for early-stage startups. He also helped establish Inside Executive Minds, a monthly C-suite roundtable that convenes senior executives, government officials, and military leaders to exchange insights and foster forward-thinking dialogue. In addition, he led the development of a structured entrepreneur mentorship and next-generation engagement program focused on cultivating future founders and business leaders. Together, these initiatives have positioned the Chamber as a catalyst for entrepreneurship, investment, and leadership development across Minnesota.

Beyond his work with the Chamber, he currently leads artificial intelligence governance and innovation initiatives at Solventum. In this role, he is responsible for advancing responsible AI adoption and driving enterprise-wide technology strategy. Prior to Solventum, he held progressive information technology leadership roles at Medtronic, where he contributed to large-scale digital transformation efforts, optimized complex business systems, and delivered impactful technology solutions across global initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Jeganathan held senior technology and business systems roles at organizations including Best Buy, TrothIT, and Wolters Kluwer. Across these positions, he focused on designing and delivering technology-driven solutions that improved operational efficiency, strengthened enterprise platforms, and supported scalable business growth.

He remains deeply engaged in civic and nonprofit leadership. Mr. Jeganathan currently serves as Board Chair of the Lankan Professionals Network and as a Governor-appointed board member of the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design. He served as the elected President of the Executive Committee of the Hindu Society of Minnesota from 2024 to 2025, following earlier leadership roles as Vice President and Volunteer Chair. He is also an Executive Advisory Board member at GBJets and has previously volunteered with organizations such as Kids Against Hunger and SCORE Minnesota.

He credits his success to the guidance of mentors and to a personal philosophy rooted in courage, openness to opportunity, and consistently saying yes to growth. The support of his family, including his wife, parents, and in-laws, has been a constant source of strength. In his personal time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and their Goldendoodle, Clu, while remaining deeply committed to empowering others and building stronger communities.
