Having attained over twenty six years of experience in the
field of Medicine, Sharon M. Ormsby is commended for her outstanding
contributions to the profession. Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Ormsby
has attained extensive experience in the areas of leadership within the realm
of ICU, PLN, and cardiac catheter labs. Ms. Ormsby is an active overseer of
over a hundred well-seasoned professionals on a daily basis. With ten months of experience in her role as
Director of Critical Care at Palmdale Regional Medical Center, Ms. Ormsby is
revered for her contributions to the industry.
Early in her career, Ms. Ormsby attained her Bachelor of
Science in Nursing degree from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. Ms.
Ormsby obtained her Master of Nursing degree in Leadership and Management from
Walden University. Ms. Ormsby is currently attending Walden for DNP and is
graduating December of 2018.
To further advance her professional development, Ms. Ormsby
is a distinguished fellow of several organizations including the American Association
of Critical Care Nurses. In her current capacity, Ms. Ormsby serves as Event
Coordinator and Liaison for One Legacy, an organ and tissue procurement
facility.
