Dr. Manning began her educational journey at Grinnell College where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry in 2011. She then attended the University of Kansas Medical Center and graduated from medical school in 2017. The doctor continued her scholarship by earning a Master of Public Health (MPH) in May 2021 from Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University and completed residency training in Family and Social Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx in June 2021. Dr. Manning is currently working on a Master of International Health (MIH) degree.
A leader in her field, Dr. Manning is a Primary Care Physician in Family Medicine working in urgent care medicine at the local hospital, she has worked previously at a community care clinic in rural PA. She is an expert in Gender Affirming Care and Women's Health and in a typical day, she prescribes hormone therapy for transgender patients who are transitioning. The doctor is also certified in Nexplanon, Mirena, and Paragard IUD placement and removal.
Touting a rich travel experience, Dr. Manning has visited more than twenty countries, many of which she provided healthcare. Her last clinical rotation was in Thailand, where she worked mainly in Primary Care and Women's Health and was able to utilize her extraordinary experiences and skills.
Dedicated to providing the latest in advancements to her field, the doctor is affiliated with the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Aside from her professional pursuits, Dr. Manning supports the charities Compassion International and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and enjoys travel and time with friends.
