With more than three decades of experience and a distinguished track record in risk management and crisis preparedness, Mrs. Williams is solidifying her role as a pivotal force in business continuity as the Senior Specialist for Global Business Continuity at West Pharmaceutical Services.

Since stepping into the role in 2022, Mrs. Williams has spearheaded efforts to safeguard global operations against man-made and natural disasters, ensuring that critical pharmaceutical services remain uninterrupted. Her work includes conducting detailed risk assessments and business impact analyses, developing comprehensive continuity strategies, and training global personnel to execute these plans under pressure. She currently oversees operations across sites in Taiwan, QingPu, Singapore, and the United States, reinforcing preparedness at every level.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and maintains active involvement with the National Association of Professional Women.

Her impressive career includes leadership positions at Providence Saint Joseph Health, Kaiser Permanente, and the Federal Reserve Bank, where she transitioned from security to strategic continuity planning. She also brings a disciplined, tactical mindset to her work, shaped by her early service in the U.S. Army as a missile and weapons systems expert.
