As Manufacturing Supervisor, her areas of concentration include continuous and process improvement, process engineering, maintenance mechanic and logistics, quality assurance, root cause analysis, operational excellence and more.

Recognized by the National Association of Professional Women as a VIP Woman of the Year, Terri maintains affiliation with NAPW and volunteers for organizations such as New England K9 Search and Rescue and Sweet Pea Friends of Rutland Animals. Aside from the demands of work, she enjoys hiking, gardening, photography and travel.
