Currently retired, Thomas spent the majority of his career working with the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Food and Drug Administration, and the National Center for Toxicological Research. Thomas possesses extensive expertise in the areas of mass spectrometric analysis and data interpretation, with a special focus on metabolite identification.
Thomas earned both his Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Biochemistry. Prior to his retirement, he maintained memberships with the American Chemical Society and the American Society for Mass Spectrometry.
