Ms. Forst is a distinguished leader and the chief executive officer of Frigata Health Strategies, a firm she launched in 2022 to support organizations navigating complex defense and federal health environments. In this role, she has demonstrated expertise in building trusted relationships with military health leaders and industry experts while leading highly competitive defense health initiatives that deliver meaningful and lasting impact.

Concurrently, Ms. Forst has served as a principal with Deep Water Point since 2022, providing strategic consulting services to clients operating within the evolving federal health information technology landscape. Her work focuses on supporting organizations affected by Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs program challenges, helping clients address operational complexity and advance mission critical solutions.

From 2019 through 2022, Ms. Forst served as senior vice president of federal health growth at SeKON Enterprise, where she led major healthcare modernization pursuits supporting federal health initiatives. She previously held senior healthcare leadership roles with Oracle Federal Accounts, formerly Cerner Corporation, and served as vice president of business development at Comprehensive Health Services, consistently driving strategic growth and organizational success.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Forst was named group senior director of business development and proposal operations for health solutions at Leidos, where she led teams responsible for securing major commercial, federal, and civilian health contracts. Her professional foundation also includes roles supporting biostatistical and data management programs at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and serving as a research associate and stem cell specialist with Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies.

One of Ms. Forst’s most notable achievements includes leading a two year national effort that resulted in securing a highly competitive federal contract to implement the Department of Veterans Affairs electronic health record system. This effort required extensive advocacy, coalition building, and collaboration across the healthcare and technology sectors, ultimately improving standardization and delivery of care for veterans nationwide.

Ms. Forst earned a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences from Rutgers University and completed advanced project management certification at Stanford University. She later studied at the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design at George Washington University. Her achievements have been recognized through honors including Top 10 Self Made Women by msn.com, Top 30 Female Entrepreneurs to Look Out For in 2025 by New York City Journal, and selection to the Engage Federal Health 150 list.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Forst is a former Division I and semi professional soccer player and a member of the United States Women’s National Pool Team. As a mother of five, she remains active in athletics, philanthropy, and the arts. Looking ahead, she plans to evolve Frigata Health Strategies into a new brand that is relationship-powered, connecting business leaders, health innovators, athletes, investors, and acquirers to drive solutions where they’re needed most.
