Tracy L. Chellino, MSN, ANP-BC, is the founder of Chellino Health, a private wellness practice dedicated to guiding patients toward optimal health using natural, evidence-based therapies. Specializing in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, Ms. Chellino integrates organic medications with advanced treatments such as peptides, IV vitamin infusions, plasma-rich platelets, and vaginal rejuvenation. Her work is rooted in personal experience, allowing her to approach each patient with compassion, validation, and a genuine commitment to long-term well-being.

Ms. Chellino holds a BS in psychology and social work, as well as both a BSN and MSN from Daemen College. She is board certified in internal medicine through the American Nursing Credentialing Center and has earned a master certification in bioidentical hormone therapy from The Hormone Health Institute in Florida.

Her clinical expertise is supported by active memberships in the American Nurses Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). She is also a recognized small business leader, having been nominated as Best Small Business in 2024 and 2025 by the Lancaster DePugh Chamber of Commerce.

Beyond her practice, Tracy serves as an exempt firefighter with the North Bailey Fire Company, supports the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, fosters rescue dogs through Buffalo Cares, and organizes community drives with the Lancaster Police Department.

Grateful to her patients for their trust and referrals, Tracy credits much of her growth to the mentorship of Dr. Angela DeRosa. She shares her life with her husband of 26 years, Christopher Chellino, and their three children.

As she looks ahead, Tracy remains committed to expanding her holistic approach to healthcare and continuing to provide her patients with personalized, restorative treatments that empower them to feel their best—inside and out.
